As an experienced IT consultant with over 25 years in the industry, I am able to offer my expertise, knowledge, and skills to companies in the French-speaking region of Switzerland.
My areas of specialty include strategy development and review, service and solution optimization, project management, and service and solution acquisition.
I have a proven track record of managing a multicultural team and overseeing an IT infrastructure serving thousands of users globally, from workstations to data centers.
In my previous role, I was responsible for managing an operational budget of CHF 38 million and an investment budget of CHF 6 million, and played a key role in the growth and evolution of the company through the deployment of effective strategies and the development of my team of 30 internal and 250 external collaborators.
